# Active Tool Request

## 定义

Active Tool Request 是 MCP-Zero 的核心机制：当 Agent 识别到能力缺口时，**自主生成结构化工具请求**，而非从预选列表中被动选择。

## 请求格式

两个字段：
- **server**：平台/权限域要求（与 MCP server 描述对齐）
- **tool**：操作类型 + 目标（与 tool description 对齐）

## 为什么比用户查询更好

MCP-Zero 的理论分析证明：

```

Agent 生成的请求在**工具文档的语义空间中**，天然比原始用户查询更对齐。用户可能说"帮我修 bug"，Agent 能精确表达"需要读取文件的 API"。
