## 两个关键设计选择
|
||||
|
||||
1. **Observability(O)独立成层**:生产环境中可观测性有专属工具生态(Langfuse, Arize Phoenix, OpenLLMetry)和独立工程实践
|
||||
2. **Governance(G)作为一等公民**:覆盖模型级(护栏)、系统级(网关、代理、权限模型)和组织级(审计、合规)三个子层
|
||||
|

## 与之前框架的区别
|
||||
|
||||
此前的框架通常将 O 和 G 作为 Lifecycle Hook 的副作用,ETCLOVG 将其提升为独立架构关注点。
