Faithfulness in AI（AI 忠实性）

定义：AI 系统输出忠实于输入信息或客观事实的程度——即生成内容是否有据可依，而非凭空编造。

忠实性是 content-grounded-retrieval 和 hallucination-mitigation 的底层目标。
