概述
蔡廷将哥德尔不完备性思想与信息论结合，开创了算法信息论。核心概念包括kolmogorov-complexity K(x)（输出 x 的最短程序长度）和chaitin-constant（停机概率，一个不可计算但包含最大信息量的实数）。
蔡廷不完备性定理表明：任何形式系统只能证明有限个「随机性」事实——超过某个复杂度阈值后，系统无法再判断字符串是否「足够随机」。
